Over 900 technical papers were submitted at SENDI 2018

One of the most prominent themes was in the area of innovation, "New Business and Technology Models"

The presentation of technical works is part of the program of the XXIII National Seminar on the Distribution of Electric Energy (SENDI 2018), one of the largest events in the electric power industry which will take place in Fortaleza from November 20 to 23, 2018. Over 900 people signed up to participate in this event which will showcase technical, commercial, institutional and innovation perspectives in order to encourage the sharing of common experiences among the electricity distribution companies.

Among the more popular themes submitted were: "New Business and Technology Models", in the area of innovation; "Distribution Networks of Up to 34.5 kV", in the technical area; "Communication and Customer Relations" in the commercial area; and "Energy Efficiency and User Education" in the institutional area.

Evaluation and selection of the papers will be according to the following criteria: "Practical Applicability", "Scalability of Applicability", "Organization of Ideas, Content and Clarity of the Technical Paper", "Originality, Creativity, Novelty" and "Relevance of work for the electricity sector". Selection results will be available soon at the SENDI 2018 site
